> Sinnead Ali - a Hatha Yoga and pre & post natal teacher who has taught in the U.K. Thailand and now resides in SG. Through her projects with Soul Guided, she hopes to help girls and women embed the practices of yoga off the mat and into their lives.
> Cheryl Tan - is a yogini, climber, mental-health advocate and social entrepreneur. She is the founder of The Breathe Movement — a social organisation that provides accessible yoga-based programs to at-risk communities, to facilitate an increase in emotional resilience and mental well-being.
